I am Financial Manager at Cape Breton Realty, handling the company’s financial transactions, managing the Trust account, and helping to ensure the brokerage and REALTORS® abide by the rules and regulations of the NSREC and FINTRAC. I have worked here since 2003, at first part time, then full time capacity. My job has changed very much over the years, adapting to advances in technology and the real estate industry as a whole. That ever evolving nature is what keeps me interested in this line of work . I was raised in Sampsonville, went to junior high and high school in St. Peters, then on to university in Halifax. I earned my business degree from Mount Saint Vincent University in 1999. Spending five years in and around the city convinced me that rural life was for me and I moved back to the St. Peters area. I presently live in River Bourgeois where I feel very much at home.
