Meet Dale

Associate Broker

A former school teacher, I am a graduate of Queen’s University. Myself and my wife Donna have lived in St. Peters for the past 30 years and raised two daughters here. I became a REALTOR® in 1994 and am an associate broker for the Cape Breton Realty family.
I enjoy working with rural/recreational properties and have extensive and successful experience with the creation and development of vacation/residential waterfront subdivisions. In addition to the traditional real estate custom of representing sellers by listing their properties for sale, I have incorporated buyer agency into my real estate practice. I have become an advocate for, and a proponent of, representing buyers as they enter the real estate market in Cape Breton.
